I'm a real estate investor, owner of real estate investors club and a meeting and event center in L.A.

I am still considered a "newbie" real estate investor since I have bought and sold “just” about 15 houses in the past 10 years.

In July '06, I landed the job as the Club Manager the largest and oldest real estate club in Los Angeles. Since then I started my own real estate club called Naked Real Estate Investors Club which just celebrated my 1 Year Anniversary and opened my own Meeting & Event Center located in Culver City.

I decided to start this blog because as an investor I am always learning new things and with my position in as a real estate club owner. I have been fortune to be part of the “inner world” of the real estate club/seminar circuit. I think having this “insider view” of an industry that few people get to see has given me the incredible opportunity to share with others the wonderful (and not so wonderful) things that I see and learn about.

I realized I had the chance to offer to others what I had always been seeking in REI Club’s; serious training, networking and a voice you could trust. As more people started joining my own groups and seeking my input on issues like “should I buy this guru’s product, what lender to use, which strategy do you recommend, etc.” I knew I had a rare chance to be an ally to investors, sellers and buyers, rather than just another club churning out one guru product after another. After all, I’m an investor myself and know what it feels like to be confused by all the hype and bull.

Sure, my “tell it like I see’s it” attitude has ruffled the feathers of a few – but mostly it has given me my reputation of someone who is on your side of the investor.

A new phase of my investing career is taking off now and my goal with the information I received is to help others while I myself navigate through hype of the real estate investing industry and just get more deals done!
