Confirmation just in that Little Petey Mendenhall will be there and I'm going to see if Jeff Hatcher can be there again too!
Last month we had a wonderful roundtable where we shared ideas & strategies and now with Pete coming - I think we should do it again - just like the good 'ol days when we first started!
Also this meeting: We'll discuss the possibility of pooling our resources to advertise together!
We'll need to have a min of 20 people in order for the meeting take place, so it's imperative you RSVP.

Also - it's come to our attention that a long time investor named Shawn Hawkins holds his real estate group meetings in on the last Wed of the month. You know what this means? Yep. We need to switch our meetings. Starting July, L.A.Pacrats will be on the last Thursday of the month. It's all so crazy - you have no idea. Be happy you're on your end. Just come to the meetings and enjoy...Try planning a meeting in this town and you will be in for a never ending scheduling nightmare. Yikes-ola!
